Lake Tahoe

After Megan's wedding Mike and I snuck over to Lake Tahoe for a day and a half. It was beautiful, but tiring because of the many hours of driving we did over the weekend (From Menifee to Davis, Davis to Tahoe and then home again).

The first four pics are of our room and our view from our window. We got upgraded to a suite for free. It was so nice. We stayed at the Embassy Suites right on the CA/NV line.

The next few pics are on our walk down Vikingsholm Trail toward Emerald Bay. It was a nice walk down - a not so fun walk back up the mountian. Man am I out of shape! I always wondered why my mother and grandmother have told me numerous times that they did this while while carrying me when I was 6 weeks old.
