Maternity Leave

I am officially on maternity leave. Thank goodness. Not that I don't like to work. But boy has the pregnancy been difficult (at least for me). Working full time and coming home to a house and family leaves no time for recuperating. I have leg cramps (due to lots of driving). My hip gives out on me at times - which is normal because the ligament are loosing making it easier for labor, but I almost fell down twice. My hips and back hurt so half the time I am doing more than just your typical prego waddle, just to ease the discomfort. I also have had problems with light headedness and weakness. Last Friday I went home early from work, and some one drove me home because I was so loopy. So, now I am able to be a home more and relax when I need to and not have to worry about pushing myself non-stop through out the day at work.

I am excited to, to finally spend more time with Addison. Although she can drive me crazy at times, I miss her so much when I am at work. She is getting so big and sometimes I feel like I miss out on things she does, but now I have her all to myself for a little while. We are in the process of transferring all her stuff to her "new" room. I will take pics over the next couple of weeks when I can get everything up on the walls and looking good.

Since being on leave I have been able to update the blog. So there are a bunch of posts below to bring everyone up to date. Enjoy!

Your getting close now! How exciting!! Sorry to hear about your difficulties but at least now you can relax and get everything in order. I cant believe how big Addison is now, she is so cute and is looking more like little girl than a toddler/baby. Take care and i HOPE ALL IS WELL.

Yeah! I hope you get lots of rest before that new baby comes! I can't wait to see the pics of Addison's new room.

Good for you! What is your due date again? I hope you can relax some at home now. I am sure that Addison loves having Mommy home with her.
