Quality Assurance Specialist

As many of you know, I have never had a great passion for therapy, but after spending thousands of dollars on graduate school and being pigeon holed into therapeutic roles I pressed forward to at least achieve my goal of getting my MFT Licence (which I take my second exam tomorrow by the way). Within this process I have gained a lot of other skills, learned a lot about myself and where my interests lie, and, although difficult at times, have tried to be patient with where I was in life. I am so excited to announced that all the hard work has paid off! I am now (well will be by Mid May) the Quality Assurance Specialist for our company (not just our program and site). This is a non clinical position, meaning that my clients will be transferred to other clinicians, and I am finally going to be doing something I truly enjoy (at least I think I will).

I want to send out a big thank you for all of you who believed in me and my abilities. To those that, even after I didn't think my interview went all that well, still encouraged me to keep my head held high. I can't share enough about the support that Mike gives me and the endless hours of encouragement he has provided me over the years when I have felt discouraged. Such a great husband!
