Addison's First Professional Haircut

We have been working on growing out Addison's hair, which can be difficult at times because... she is twisting her hair which lead to her hair getting ripped off, so I have been slowing cutting the back to make it even. Then last week, after spending months trying to grow out her bangs, Addison cut her own bangs. I thought I was off the hook with the "my kid cut her hair" story that I think every child does and it is a prerequissite to growing up - but not so much, she had to hit this stage of childhood.

On her left side she cut off three inches only leaving a short little length on the left side of her forehead. She said she cut it because she was tired of it getting into her eyes. So, I was done and let her get her first professional haircut. She is back to bangs and short hair. No more pony tails. But I think it makes her even cuter than before. And when you add some curls, watch out she is adorable!!!
