So Mike has accepted a position at Edward Jones. Yes - another new job. Mike has been talking for the last three years or more about moving to Edward Jones but the timing and situation wasn't right. After a lot of thought and prayer we decided to apply for a Financial Advisor Position with Edward Jones - and because my husband is so wonderful - he was offered the position. So although we will spend the next year or two quite poor as Mike studies for another set of licences and begins to build his business, he will be pursuing something he loves - and for that I am so grateful! Mike has been engulfing himself in the investment industry for a long time and has always seemed to gravitate towards the investment aspect of any job that he has had. Here at home he has been playing around with various investments for us personally and has been enjoying all the lessons he has learned along the way. Mike has a love for numbers and a desire to help people improve their circumstance. With these as his focus I just know that he will do great as a financial advisor. Heck - he is our financial advisor and we are still afloat with all of my student loan debt (he he). - So here is to another adventure and journey! And what wife wouldn't advertise for her husband.... Want help investing... Mike's your man!!! :) And he just might have his office right here in Menifee. How cool would that be!
As a side note, Mike bought this game Cash Flow for kids a few months back so that when the kids are old enough they can learn to invest in stocks and real estate. How funny is that.
