Stomach Flu

Wow, it has been years since I had the stomach flu and I don't remember it being this bad. Unfortunately my mom, sister and I are all recovering from it right now. I haven't visited the bathroom since last night, but my body still feels like it fell down 10 flights of stairs. The kids are just struggling with runny noses. Isabelle threw up earlier in the week in the car, we thought it was because she was trying to clear congestion in her throat and kicked in the gag reflex. This has been some year for being sick. Our kids have been sick for over a month now!
